Curved 72" to fit Lionel curved 72"D sectional track. Cut planks, engraved nail/bolt detail. Specifically designed for LIONEL(R) Fastrack. However, should fit any "O" Gauge 3 rail track 72" radius curved section with 1/8 inch (0.125") rail height. However, should fit any similar "O" Gauge (1:48 or 1/4 scale) 3 rail track (sectional, flex or hand laid) Curved section with 0.125" to 0.148" rail height. 6" long or 26+ scale ft. Wide enough for two traffic lanes. Shims included to raise center to track bolt level and position top boards below rails.   Additional photos show sample installations.    

NOTICE TO ALL POTENTIAL BUYERS!!                       All our crossings including shims are manufactured of premium, first quality, Basswood,  Poplar or Birch plywood or sheet wood stock. These parts are precision cut on a Laser to match the tie spacing and track gauge specified.  If you do not understand some part of our instructions or have questions on installation, appearance, installation or final finishing (staining or painting) please contact us for assistance.  We ONLY will accept a return request if something has been misrepresented and the product is in the original packaging (re-saleable).  Once you have OPENED the packaged and used the product (attempted to install or modified the product) we cannot accept a return. If you have a problem we will make every effort to assist you in solving it, but you must tell us so we can. 

If you have purchased a crossing kit from us and followed the instructions, and something does not either look right or doesn't seam to fit correctly (typically boards are too high), STOP, take a photo, send it to us in an email or text and tell us what you did.  I will get back to you ASAP with suggestions or modifications or additional parts. Lately I have been receiving notification of different rail height. Different shims under crossing will fix this problem ask for assistance.

Installs easily with any type of glue, following instruction on header card. The ramps, when added to the crossing, help to raise a scenic road way to each side of the crossing. 

These crossings may be used in any O Scale application, the crossing is laser cut to clear wheel flanges and may be use with any rail from .125+ to 0.250" in height. Shim provided (0.040) will provide a total crossing height of 0.188+ and clear any rolling stock operated on 0.250 rail. Use the crossing itself with any thickness shim for other rail height.

Material provided makes one (1) grade crossing (single track) with 2 roadway (auto) lanes and roadway ramps for either side of the right of way. We make other O scale crossings for the LIONEL (R) FasTrack system and ramps for all. Custom work can be done for special installations, dual track or turnout crossings.
