Delivery
We deliver all our products from stock and aim to dispatch orders placed before 12PM Monday - Friday the same or next working day.
Delivery to mainland UK is included in the standard shipping price, additional charges may apply to Scottish Highlands and offshore destinations, please contact us for a postage quote if you are unsure. We may contact you to ask for additional cost of postage however we will do so before dispatch.
When the courier delivers your item check the box has not been damaged in transit, if it has, check the contents are not damaged before signing the couriers pad. In the unlikely event your item is damaged, refuse delivery and notify us.
You must notify us of any damage within 24hrs of receiving goods. For any other issues please contact us within 2 working days of arrival. Return postage for unwanted/undamaged items is to be paid for by the buyer, a refund will be given once the items have been inspected at our warehouse but will not include postage to and from the buyer.
