32 Litre Waste Water Tank Kit for 

Vauxhall Movano 2010 – 2022 and 

Renault Master 2010 - 2024 LWB

This waste tank is designed to fit on the passenger side of the vehicle in front of the rear axle and behind the fuel tank.  Capacity of 32 Litres.

The tank needs to be blocked off the chassis by 25mm to miss the brake pipes.

Prior to fitting, the electrical harness needs to be unclipped from the angled face of the cross member and pushed towards chassis and cable tied into pre-existing holes (as pictured).

Fixing kit supplied with 2 steel brackets, 2 x 4 inch hookbolts and locking nuts and 2 x 5 inch hookbolts and locking nuts.

The passenger side of both brackets are fixed using the 4 inch hookbolts.  These are hooked into the keyhole slot on the angled face of the cross member.

The centre side of both brackets are fixed using the 5 inch hookbolts.  These are hooked into the rear face of the cross member with 2 drilled holes to suit.

Fittings are welded onto the front face of the tank.  Three pre-welded fittings included:  2 x 19/20mm waste inlet fitting and 1 x 25mm drain fitting. 

Recommend the use of smooth bore supaflex hose which is ultra flexible and will not clog up with waste compared to convoluted hose.

1m of supaflex grey hose

1 x Spring clip

2 x Hose clips

1 x Grey drain tap
