Great piece - I do not believe there are any chips - there is a rough spot in the back of the boy’s hair but it seems like more of spots where the paint did not cover - can’t say 100%

Figurine itself is 6” tall. Wire is not original to the piece. Not sure if the original came with wire or other material.
