Solid iron pot rack. Hand made to order in the UK by a Blacksmith. 100 cm long at longest point (straight sides, curved ends). Total weight is 4.500 kg.

 supplied with 15 "S" shaped hooks which measure 10 cm top to bottom. In addition the rack has two fixed hooks (see photo), one at the top of each double chain. Different sized hooks or racks are available on request. Extra hooks are available in my other listings.

The distance vertically from the chain hanging hooks at the ceiling, to the bottom of the rack is approximately 45 cm (add another 6 cm to the bottom of the S hooks.

 Longer chains for higher ceilings can be ordered at an extra cost of £2.50 per 50 cm, please send me a message when purchasing and I will send a Paypal request for the balance.

HANGING

I don't supply brackets for attaching to the ceiling as everyone has different requirements. I recommend you use heavy brackets used for hanging punch bags if you plan to hang several cast iron pots. (search eBay, they only cost a couple of pounds)

The rack its self is strong and capable of holding fifteen items, including at least eight heavy, cast iron style pots. Make sure that the brackets or ceiling hooks that the rack are attached to, are screwed into wooden beams through the plasterboard and not simply the plaster board itself. If in doubt, hire a handy man!
