1). Flash does not raise when button depressed, must be manually opened and does not remain fully extended.

 2). Battery compartment cover lock broken, will not stay completely shut without some measure to rectify the situation, ie tape, screw,           etc.

The positive is that the camera does operate (see photo) when the cover is held completely shut. Selling as is with known discrepancies noted.  Instruction manual, no memory card.  Parts or repair, your choice.
