Passenger Car Interior Kit for the Con-Cor 72ft Smooth-Side Observation Car

This interior features a seating area, 2 compartments, a bar with lounging area and an observation area.

One double sleeping passengers is included for the compartment that has a window.

  This KIT consists of 2 pieces to create the interior, and 1 double sleeping passengers.

  The interior seats are low, to allow for the weight underneath the interior.  The passenger’s feet have to be trimmed.  Standing people should have their feet trimmed also because the floor is high.

  LSW100 is recommended for weight. (Available separately).  A 6 3/4” piece of LSW100 yields a car weight of 5.8oz. with the unpopulated interior and original trucks.

  A small piece of Label-release paper has been included in the kit.  Use it under the kit, slippery-side up, while gluing the pieces together so you do not bond your interior to your work surface.

  Paint, finish and populate the interior prior to installation.  The sleeping people are for the compartment that has a window.  The bed is the larger rectangle opposite the seat.

Paint the sleeping people’s blanket a dark color and the pillows white.  Then glue them to the ‘bed’.

The other compartment has no window so there are no interior details in this compartment.
