For best results, apply to slightly damp hair after washing or rinsing for best absorption. Work a quarter-sized amount of product into palms and massage into your scalp & hair, working from the root to tip of hair using your fingertips, and massage until your hair fully absorbs all the nutrients. If you prefer, you can add it to your shampoo as well.
