If your item is flat pack, we can normaly do next working day delivery. If your item is built deliveries will take up to 5 working days, . We deliver these items on a pallet via the TPN pallet network to ensure the safe arrival of your furniture. Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, Mon-Fri ONLY. All deliveries are to ground floor only. Please note that all delivery prices quoted are for the UK mainland only. All offshore areas, Scottish Highlands and Ireland are by negotiation only. We import most of our products giving you the best price possible. If you would like to view any item before you buy, you are more than welcome to our warehouse anytime between office hours.
Unchecked Goods: If you can not open and check the goods while the driver wait's you MUST sign for the delivery as damaged, this will cover you if there is something damaged when opened. Unwanted Goods: If you wish to return unwanted goods, you must notify us with in 7 days. Please ensure goods are returned in their original packaging. Upon receipt of the item in its original packaging an inspection of the goods will be conducted. If the inspection shows the goods to be in saleable condition, we will issue a full refund of the sale value of the goods, minus a £20 handling charge. Carriage Damage:Should your goods arrive to you with obvious signs of carriage damage, you should sign for the delivery as damged and take the delivery. If you accept the delivery without latter we are unable to claim for the damage and therefore will not be able to refund your money.
