Up For Sale is an Original Oil Painting On board, depicting an urban scene, capturing the everyday life of a town or city's older quarter. The artist has chosen a loose, expressive style with visible brushstrokes that convey movement and a sense of immediacy.

In the composition, a large, aging building dominates the background. Its white facade shows signs of wear and age, with peeling paint and the hint of a disheveled appearance. 

The foreground is bustling with the activity of various figures, suggesting a busy day. The people are rendered in quick, impressionistic strokes, emphasizing the movement and vitality of the scene rather than individual details.   

No visible signature. 

Nicely framed. The frame has some scratches. The painting has some overpainted areas and scratch in the middle.
