Clean with no rips, tears, holes or stains, except as noted above.  Comes from a smoke free home. We are a dog friendly home - I do my best to inspect for stray hairs and remove prior to shipping; my apologies for any that may remain. 

If item needs to be returned, it must be unwashed, unworn, free of odors and in the same condition it was shipped (at the seller's discretion) in order to receive a full refund.  Full refund will be original purchase price minus original shipping costs.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
