Bellows are comprised of 16 extra deep folds covered with especially prepared air-tight cloth, extra cloth lining on edges inside and outside, metal corner protectors nickel plated. inside panel holding reed, blocks are of heavy aluminum. The leather straps were the finest quality in its day but do show wear after so many years (bass and shoulder straps). The accordion does come in the original carrying case constructed of black fibre, felt lined, fitted with heavy metal hinges, catches lock and a keyed handle (no key). See pictures of accordion and case. The case does still function but shows its age cosmeticly. The accordion functions beautifully with no sticky keys or air leaks in its bellows. See pictures.
