Vintage Cordey Lady Bust Statue Porcelain Figurine 5036 Victorian Woman 9 in

It appears that on her hat there is a place where the glaze on the pink ribbon is chipped.  The gray area is rough and does not appear to have any glaze on it.

Part of the finger of her right hand is missing however it doesn't appear to have broken off since the glaze seems to be intact.

It appears that someone wrote over the area where the signature is but I have done a rubbing that shows the signature better than the photos.
