The purchase includes Volumes 1,2 & 3 plus the workbook.

Volume 1-3 are hardcover books. The entire set weighs approximately 18lbs 12oz

Each book is approximately 12" x 9" x 1.25"   The workbook is a little smaller and it's a softcover. 

Volume 1 shows signs of wear on the hard cover plus some of the pages have words highlighted and the person wrote their name on the front inside cover. 

Volume 2 & 3 are in good condition, no writing or highlighting.

The workbook has been used. It has writing in pencil on the first 2 chapters only (pages 1-22), page 17 of the workbook has 3 words written in ink, the remainder in pencil. Pages 23-681 of the workbook are clean, no writing.
