A VINTAGE MULTIPURPOSE WOODEN BOX, is now at this time up for your consideration. This is a VINTAGE MULTIPURPOSE BOX BY PEERAGE BRASS OF ENGLAND IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. The wooden box is clad in repousse-embossed brass and is approximately 18" X 12" X 11-1/2" and will show small areas of brass patina as it is aging. (see photos) ) PLEASE VIEW ALL 16 PHOTOS as they constitute an integral part of this listing's description. The box's top depicts a street scene of an 18Th century English village inn. The front of the box is a scene of a traveling party stopping and preparing to go into the pub. Both ends (right and left sides) are of a hammered brass finish. This box is SOLID and the hinges are tightly secured to the top and bottom. One runner on the bottom is NOT in perfect condition. (see photo #16). This excellent collectible will come to you from a PET-FREE and SMOKE-FREE environment.

Potential buyers please note that most of my items are antique, vintage and/or used and wear will be commensurate with age which I procure from estate sales, auctions, flea markets, thrift stores and antique shops. Many times items are sold in the same condition that I find them if they are ANTIQUE or VINTAGE in composition or of high fragility.
