Subject: The result is a refreshing view from his Tuscany scenes. The Italian pathway is depicted with much vibrancy and energy as the trees and mountains are depicted loosely in the background under an almost turquoise skyline. Signed lower right and gallery exhibition tag on verso and it comes housed in a gold tone wood frame with linen liner and hanging wire on verso ready to be displayed.

Condition: The painting is in excellent condition for the time period and comes displayed in the original frame that shows some ordinary wear from age, and minor imperfections in line with the manufacturing period (please see the listing pictures for details).

❈ Shipping Policy ❈

Total shipping cost (including packing fees) must be covered by the buyer unless free shipping has been offered. Shipping rates are dependent on location and value when shipping insurance is applied, size and weight of each item. All items are shipping with full insurance. For international shipping that is going outside of the US will include the sales receipt with the full customs value. At all times the buyer must pay for customs, duties, and taxes. In the case that the piece has suffered any damage during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to report the damage. Please note that the damage must be photographed and all packing materials must be saved at the time of signature and reported immediately to us. We will then assist with any shipping damage claims or returns. Please also note that we cannot ship to P.O. BOX addresses.

❈ Return Policy ❈

If you wish to return your item please do so within 14 days of delivery date for a purchase refund, no reason necessary. Please note it is best to contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to make a return. Further, the item must be in the same condition as when sold. The refund will not include any shipping or packing fees and the return shipping must be covered by the buyer using the same shipping method on which they were received and insured for full retail value. A refund less the original shipping cost will be issued once the artwork has been received in the same condition as when it was shipped, including documents and packing materials. Please note that we will not be accepting for return after 14 days of the delivery date. However please also note that returns for items damaged during shipping or at the hand of the buyer will not be accepted after 14 days of the delivery date.
