Overall in good condition, no tears. no writing or folds; the plastic sheeting is a bit loose/detached near spine, but quite presentable and clean. 

About us: We're just a couple nearing retirement, with lots of stuff from both our own and two sets of deceased parents' homes... and now we are "downsizing" our lives because we will be moving to a much smaller place in a few years. AND we want to save our children from having to deal with "all that stuff," when our time eventually comes. So... we are attempting to "re-home" a lot of our things!
