Aftercare

We recommend that you turn your mattress 180 degrees (...not flip) once a month for 3 months and every 3-6 months for the lifespan of the mattress, this product is folded and rolled. Once unpackaged, please leave for 72 hours to expand and settle

Fresh foam may release a chemical scent on opening, this is a normal part of production, it’s completely safe and will disappear once the mattress is aired.

We strongly advise opening the mattress within 7 days of delivery, as it is vacuum packed.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery is Fast and Free*

We use a national carrier for quick deliveries throughout the United Kingdom; our couriers will deliver between the hours of 7 am to 9 pm.

The day before delivery you will receive a text/eBay message with a delivery time. Unfortunately, delivery times cannot be chosen - they are based on delivery routes. Please note we do not supply guaranteed delivery times, only estimates. Any delivery changes must be made within 48 hours before delivery is scheduled.

Deliveries are made to the communal door of your property and couriers are not authorized to take items any further.

Upon accepting your order, you are confirming you have received it in good condition.

* Please note free delivery is only available to "Mainland UK Only". Following post codes do not qualify for free delivery: AB, BT, DD, FK, TD, TR, PA, PH, PO,IM,  IV, KW, KY.

We DO NOT offer delivery to any Off-Shore Islands, this includes Northern Ireland, Jersey, Channel Islands etc.
