This used 500 German mark note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Imperial Bank. It is an olive green, blue, purple, orange, and green note that is dated 27 March 1922, bear the signatures of Havenstein & von Glasenapp, von Grimm, Kauffman, Schneider, Budczies, Bernhard, Seiffert, Vocke, Friedrich, Fuchs, and P. Schneider, and measures 175 mm x 112 mm. Its obverse side features Jacob Meyer, Reichsbank seals, and the imperial eagle. Its reverse side shows guilloches. Though the note does not have a security thread, it has a watermark of a 500 M. The note was withdrawn in 1925.
