This used 50 German mark note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Imperial Bank. It is a green note that is dated 23 July 1920, bear the signatures of Havenstein & von Glasenapp, Schmiedicke, von Lumm, von Grimm, Kauffman, Schneider, Budczies, Bernhard, Seiffert, Vocke, and Friedrich, and measures 150 mm x 100 mm. Its obverse side features an allegorical depiction of Autumn, the imperial eagle, and Reichsbank seals. Its reverse side shows a bearded farmer and a carpenter. Though the note does not have a security thread, it has a watermark of 50 in guilloches. The note was withdrawn in 1925.
