According to this article (bbc.com/news/magazine-28038988)  Patio Cream Soda was introduced and in production for only one year - 1963.

It was then rebranded as Diet Pepsi, a ground breaking product that changed the world.

In a search for more evidence and references, I see looking through links from Google images that the style, logo and font with the flower over the i was definitely in common use later, however Wikipedia and others do not list cream soda as one of the later flavors. So either these are the later issue and they are just kind of rare - produced for a local market, or these are prototypes that maybe were never issued.
