This is an open-pollinated version developed 8-12 ounce tomatoes on regular-leaf plants developed by the ketchup company. Determinate plants that grow to around 4-5 feet tall and are quite manageable.
Blemish-free fruit ripens in middle/late part of summer. Fruits are round with perfect flavor for salsa, stuffing or sauces or canning. Good resistance to cracking and classic tomato flavor. Fruits have a long shelf-life after being picked which is a nice benefit. 70-75 days to harvest
Germination: tested 8-2025m 7-10 days at 75 degrees F
Tips:
- Store seeds in a cool and dry place and tomato seeds should remain viable for up to 10 years.
- Plant seeds 4-6 weeks before last frost, plant outdoors once nighttime temperatures stay above 50 degrees F.
