This collection of menus came from the archives of a TWA staff member who was involved in the design and production of the in-flight menus.  Many have editor's notes and comparison notes from menus of competing airlines. Notes sometimes are written directly on the menu or on sticky notes attached. It's a unique collection and a look into the process that TWA used to create the menus used in all classes of service.
