We have a 30-day, no questions asked, return and exchange policy.  If you want to return a product (in original condition) for any reason just send us a message in eBay and we will confirm it and send you the details and a pre-paid label.. Unlike a lot of companies, we never charge a restocking fee, we are just happy to have your business.

The same applies for exchanges.  If you want to do an exchange, we just require you to ship the product back to us, and then we will ship you the new parts when we receive/inspect them. Unlike every other company, we will pay for the return freight on the exchange, because we are just happy to have your business.
