The chapters cover - Geography, Maritime, Mineralogy, Meteorology, Music, Famous Personalities, Writing and Zoology among others. The real treasure of this book is the many fold out engraved illustrations, some of which are hand colored. The book is in fair condition with wear to the cover, loss to the outer spine, damage to some of the pages with wear to the edges of some of the fold out illustrations. . A very nice and unique 19th century Italian encyclopedia.
