Refund & Returns Disclaimer
Refunds for cancelled orders paid via paypal where there are no item defects or problems that justify the cancellation will be deducted the paypal fee which at the time of this writing was 0.20.
Items which are returned in a condition different than they were shipped are subject to a restocking fee.
