Although we've never had any complaints, please note this is a bulk item and is simply stored in large storage bins/containers. Most of the time they are stacked together and for some reason the top points may appear slightly dirty. It odd as that's the part that's pushed into another unit, but it happens so I wanted to mention it. All baby items should be washed prior to use. I also noticed on a recent order that was returned due to the buyer not providing a correct shipping address that at least during winter (possibly also in hot humid locations) this item can arrive appearing to have water spots. We do not wash these, so this is simply a shipping effect due to temperature changes. Again, we've had absolutely zero complaints on this item, I just like to be upfront with every known detail.
