  All of our products are completely handmade. The product you see in the image is the product you will receive. None of the products used by the model are sent to the customer. All products are produced fresh upon order by adjusting the color and size desired by the individual.
  You can hand wash our masks and hats. We do not recommend machine washing.
  All models have certain customizability features.
  For example, you may want different mask colors and ear colors. Or you may want the ears and mask to be the same color, but just the inside of the ear to be a different color. To do this, you can write your request in a descriptive way, with color codes, in the "personalization" box.
  Our masks are divided into two. The first one can be used in daily life, the second one is for you to wear over your ski helmet. All our designs have both "MAN WOMAN CHILD" sizes and "HELMET SIZE" sizes. If you choose your size as WOMAN MAN OR CHILD, this shows that you have purchased a mask that you can use normally in daily life.
  If you buy HELMET SIZE, these models are produced approximately 1 and a half times larger than the other, and their purpose is to be able to wear the mask after putting on your ski helmet. But the most important thing to note here is that OUR MASKS CAN NEVER BE USED WITH A SKI HELMET IF YOU DO NOT SELECT THE "HELMET SIZE" OPTION. Due to its structure, the rope never stretches, so I would like you to read the product descriptions thoroughly and make sure that you have ordered the correct size. Otherwise, no liability will be accepted.

We can also produce products that you do not see on our page. All you need to do is send us a drawing or similar image. We are always honest about whether we can do it or not.   If you are ordering a child size, it will be much easier for us and an accurate result will be obtained if you can write the child's age in the "personalization" box or to measure head circumference.
