remarks
It is the successor model of the professional diver "6159-7010" which adopted the world's first titanium case, and is the world's first diver's model for 600m saturation diving equipped with a quartz movement.

This is the model used by adventurer Naoki Uemura on his Arctic expedition with the Nihon University team in 1978.

In May 1985, it was dived to a depth of 1062m on the submersible research vessel "Shinkai 2000", and is famous as a high-spec watch that withstood conditions that far exceeded the water depth rating of 600m.

Seiko diver's watches have steadily improved the performance required of diver's watches, such as watertightness, airtightness, corrosion resistance, and shock resistance, and have gained overwhelming support from professionals in various fields.
