Used Hobart OEM 80 Qt Stainless Steel paddle. Yes it is stainless, I have been in this business for quite a while I know the difference. Fits very tight on a shaft you will most likely need to use mineral oil to easily put it on and take off. The shaft on your mixer will also need to be clean too (no build up).
