Simply lose the screws and slide in the 2 parts spacer to adjust the VTA to required height - tight the screws back - job done 

you will receive 4 - 3d printed  spacers in total you can make 10 mm spacer 

1x1mm spacer 

1x2mm spacer 

1x3mm spacer 

1x4mm spacer
