Note:
1 .When the wireless headphones microphone has no sound, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
(1). Check if the software/application used for phone calls is set to "BT-68 hands-free audio".
(2). Set "BT-68" as the input and output device, or select it for the speaker and microphone.
(3). Ensure that the BT68 option is not selected as the output device
or microphone, and also check if the volume for the output device and
microphone in the settings is too low. If the volume is too low, the
other party will not be able to hear your voice.
2.To activate the mute button, press it during the phone call.The
status of the indicator light, whether it's on or off,indicates whether
the mute function is currently enabled or disabled.
If during the phone call the other party suddenly cannot hear your
voice, in addition to checking the connection, you can also check if the
mute function has been turned on.
3.If you don't want to listen to your echo, you can have a simple
setting on your computer to change the listening mode. Control Panel
-> Sound -> Recording -> Microphone -> Listen -> Listen
