Using IRONHEART's original 21oz selvedge denim, these jeans represent IRONHEART, which has created a boom in heavy ounce jeans in Japan and around the world since its release in 2003.

Iron Heart's unique denim is made by bundling two threads with a number 4 uneven thread in the warp and a number 5 thread in the weft, breaking the conventional wisdom of denim, and slowly woven on a shuttle loom.

The silhouette is straight. The bulges in the armpits that don't match the contours of the body and the excess in the buttocks that are common with selvedge denim jeans have been removed as much as possible to create a clean line.

The garments are sewn using an old-fashioned sewing machine, using three different thread thicknesses and two different colors.The garments are made to vintage specifications for strength and durability, and are designed to last for 5 to 10 years.
