the bell is in good used condition has possibly been repainted, there is some minor rust on the outside of the bell ,there is some minor rust inside the bell 

the clanger works fine 

the bell measures 6.5cm high including hanging loop ,5cm long and 3.5cm wide 

weighs aprox 63 grammes
