A basil with a storied past. Found growing in Zanzibar Archipelago in the 1990s. The scent is one of it's own, not quite Genovese, not quite Thai. If you like basil, you should give this one a try. It's serrated leaves make for a beautiful garnish. Easy to grow outdoors with excellent resistance to downy mildew. Grows very well under a grow light or a grow tent too!
