Llewellynn Frederick William Jewitt (or Llewellyn) (24 November 1816 – 5 June 1886) was a British illustrator, engraver, natural scientist and author of The Ceramic Art of Great Britain (1878). His brother was Orlando Jewitt. He was associated with many names in the publishing, literary and illustration world in Victorian Great Britain.
The Jewitt's are known to have prolific scrapbookers, one of Llewellyn Snrs. on Florence Nightingale has been preserved, and that of Mrs Jewitt (Elizabeth Sage) is referenced in the lengthy biography of his life and death by William Henry Goss.
This was originally with papers connected to the above, and I suspect that the illustrations are by Llewellynn Snr or an associate of his.
Please see photographs provided which serve as the best possible description.
I post all paper items protected and in proper card backed envelopes.
I never add additional folds, if the item is shown with a parcel postage price that is because it is oversized and will not fit in a small or large letter envelope.
I'm always happy to combine postage when I can.
I only ever use GSP for international shipping, if you are buying more than one item please wait until they provide you with a final invoice as they cannot combine shipping retropectively.
Thanks for looking.
