This issue is in very good condition. Only minor flaw is a small stain that went through original mailer and somehow got the front cover (see pics). Other than that It looks like it was just purchased yesterday. It also looks like the fold in on the back page was originally folded but can’t confirm 100% (see pics) . It comes with its original mailer which was thoroughly and carefully detached and placed behind the magazine inside the sleeve and on top of the boarder to be properly displayed.
