This enameled cup is 2 3/4" tall and 2 7/8" in diameter. The colors are red, white and blue with a bit of green.  It says The World's Fair- St. Louis-    1904- Louisiana Purchase Exposition Cup. The bottom of the cup says Norvell- Shapleigh Hardware Co St. Louis, Mo. This was the forerunner to the Keencutter brand.
