When designing the LB Series we began with a FEA optimized motor structure that allows it to work well in both sealed and ported cabinets. LB Series drivers utilizes a very rigid pressed pulp cone to ensure piston motion at high levels for reduced distortion. The LB series offers extremely low mechanical losses which allows for great performance in low volume or extreme dynamic situations. With an 19mm of linear, one-way Xmax enables it to move extreme amounts of air for hitting the lowest notes with maximum output.
