Virtually all items are available from stock. Occasionally brand new printers with uncommon options such as encoding are not always available for immediate dispatch as the specialist parts require ordering and fitting.

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of payment being received (one working day). UK shipments are sent using a next day courier service such as UPS or FedEX. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and other remote areas may take an extra day to arrive.

International delivery takes longer and depends on the method of shipping and the destination country. International courier delivery for machines takes 2-5 days depending which country you are based in.

We use TNT for small items and delivery within the EU, Canada and USA is 1-2 days, Other countries should expect slightly longer delivery times, but no longer than 5 days.
