All of our parts come with a 30 Day Warranty . This warranty covers parts, and Remote technical support via phone, eBay messages, or email. Shipping is only covered by us in the first 14 days, on the 15th day and forward shipping must be paid by the buyer. This warranty does not cover consumable items such as rollers, charge rollers, transfer rollers, transfers belts/kits, fusers, or drums.
