Parcel Lockers & Parcel Collect
Please select Standard Tracked or Express Tracked when using either of these address types.
Packaging & Bent Pins
Fast & Free letter packaging is intentionally compact to keep postage costs low and provides less impact protection than parcel packaging.
Delicate or protruding components such as pin headers may occasionally move or become slightly bent during letter handling and transit. Minor bending can normally be carefully straightened without affecting the product.
If you would prefer sturdier parcel packaging together with tracking, select Standard Tracked or Express Tracked at checkout.
Standard & Express Tracked
Tracked orders are shipped using Australia Post parcel services. Standard includes full tracking and is suitable for Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect.
Express orders placed before 12:00 PM Queensland time on a normal business day are normally dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Orders Over $80 AUD
Orders over $80 AUD that include or select our Fast & Free service are upgraded to Standard Tracked postage at no additional cost where applicable.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by prior arrangement only. We do not operate a public retail shopfront.
