The Platform 1900 is one of the lightest professional dryers on the market, providing ample force in a compact design. This universal dryer is gentle on fine, thin hair with enough heat and power to tame textured tendrils.
Shipping Policy
- Orders ship out within 2 business days; most will actually make it out the
same day or next.
- All shipping takes place on BUSINESS days, not on weekends or holidays.
- We can only ship to the paypal confirmed address.
- You can not change a shipping address. We only ship and do NOT have a pick
up location.
- The average time for delivery once shipped is 4 days +/-.
- A Signature is required for delivery.
- Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska: If your address is in Hawaii, Puerto Rico or
Alaska and you selected ground shipping, please note that your order will be
shipped via USPS Priority Service, not FedEx Ground. FedEx Ground does not
deliver to your address. If you select any of the expedited services, your order
will ship with Fedex.
International Shipments
- Please include any special instructions in the memo field of the paypal
checkout.
- All international orders ship via U.S Postal Service Only.
- We do NOT mark items at a lower value or as a gift.
- All shipping takes place on BUSINESS days, not on weekends or holidays.
- All taxes and VAT are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The price we
charge is for the item and delivery only.

- Open your item carefully and retain all packaging and documentation.
- All our products are new and are shipped to you in the same pristine
condition we receive it from the factory or distributor. Unless
otherwise specified .
- There should not be any problems if handled correctly and / or installed
properly.
- On the rare occasion a product seems defective we always recommend
contacting the respective manufacturer first for tech support as most items can
be brought to proper working condition with the correct technical information.
- If at that point the item is deemed defective please e-mail us within 7-10
days
- Document the problem, the respective technical support reply, your E-bay ID
and we will issue an RMA # (Return Merchandise Number) for an EXCHANGE of the
same item.
- Beyond this time frame please contact the respective manufacturer's
technical support.
- If a refund is agreed the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Return shipping cost it’s the buyer's responsibility to return the item to
us it’s like the cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is
not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost. We
will cover the cost to send a replacement.

Item conditions
All of the items are brand new and unopened unless
otherwise specified. We do not sell second quality or B-Stock items. If the item
says New by item condition that means it’s a brand new item exactly like you
would find in your local retail store.

Most items are covered by the manufacturer however you may have the option of purchasing an extended warranty through Squaretrade. Squaretrade is an eBay affiliate that offers warranties for very cheap based on the items value.
