Definitely a quality frame - from an estate sale of an optometrist and are new - never worn - showing minor shelfwear. 

Please check your size as returns are not accepted.  Frames are vintage and will require adjustment by your optometrist, as they have just been sitting in a box all this time. Any good optical shop will be able to put your prescription in them, and adjust them to fit your face. New vintage frames of this quality are becoming increasingly hard to find! Size and measurements are clearly stated here so check your size prior to purchase as Returns Are Not Accepted.
