This uncirculated 200 Albanian lek note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Bank of Albania. It is a brown polymer note that is dated 2017, bear the signatures of Gent Sejko and Stefan Sevo, and measures 125 mm x 65 mm. Its obverse side features an open book, a portrait of the writer Naim Frasheri, and the Bank of Albania building. Its reverse side shows a fountain pen, the childhood friend of Frasheri, and an excerpt from the Frasheri poem “Ti Shqiperi me jep nder, me jep emrin shqipetar” (You, Albania, bestow upon me honor and the name Albanian). Because the note is made of polymer, it does not have a security thread or a watermark.
