PIECES WITH THESE INITIALS ARE HARD TO COME BY IN THIS CONDITION. HE LIVED IN ENGLAND AND I SPOKE TO HIM PERSONALLY YEARS AGO TO OBTAIN PERMISSION TO REPRODUCE HIS WORKS.
