SHIPPING: We will ship your order the

Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that we reserve the right to
select the carrier that will deliver your order to you. If you have trouble
receiving packages from a particular carrier due to location or other
circumstances, please notify us in your order note. Orders over 130 lbs. or
with large dimensions may require special freight handling and are not eligible
for free shipping.
COMBINED SHIPPING: If you are
ordering more than one item, we will gladly combine shipping for you. Please
request an invoice showing the combined shipping charges before making your
payment. If you pay without waiting for the invoice, we cannot combine your
orders.
PAYMENT: We accept PayPal only, and
all orders must be paid for within 24 hours of purchase.
FEEDBACK: Your feedback is important
to us. We strive to make sure our customers are happy and will leave you
feedback within 24 hours of receiving payment. If you have any issues with your
product, please contact us before leaving feedback.
RETURNS: If you need to return an
item, please contact us first. All non-defective returns must be in their
original packaging and in the same condition as when they were shipped.
Non-defective returns will be refunded minus any shipping charges. If your
shipping was free, we will deduct our charges for originally shipping the item
to you. A 20% restocking fee will also be charged.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: If you live
outside of the United States, please note that you are responsible for all
import taxes, duties, or VAT that may be applied by your country. We have no
control over these fees and cannot quote you on their cost. Please check with
your country's customs office before bidding/buying. We ship internationally
using USPS First Class Mail International or International Express, and we will
use an alternate method if USPS does not serve your country. Please note that
international shipments can take up to 30 days to arrive. We only accept
international payments in U.S. dollars and through PayPal. We do not accept
bank checks, postal checks, wire transfers, or any other forms of payment.
