SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

Orders will be dispatched on the same day if payment is received before 2pm (Monday-Friday). For privacy reasons we use plain, discreet packaging, without a company logo. Orders are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class and typically take 2-3 working days. Some 2nd class post can take up to 5 days for delivery due to Royal Mail's recent deferment of mail. If you would to receive your order sooner then please order 1st class (RM24) at checkout, this costs a little extra but it is given priority by Royal Mail and so it should arrive quicker. Thank you.

First Class post is available for a small additional charge at checkout.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your products you can return them within 30 days to us in the original packaging, unworn and in a saleable condition. Please include a note including your eBay ID/full name and reason for return. Return postage cost is reimbursed only if we are at fault. You will receive a full refund within 1 working day on receipt of the goods.

We regret that we are unable to refund any items after this cooling off period unless it is agreed with us in advance.
