Vintage 1972 Ozimatic Ozium Automatic Air Freshener Machine Mid-Century Modern

I got this because it looks neat. Now I've had it for over a year and still didn't know what it was.. I've asked a lot of people who made all kinds of guesses. None were correct but its been an interesting conversation starter. I was going to take it apart to use elements for some artsy, futuristic or stem punk something or other. Thought about trying to turn It into a Flux Capacitor for my DeLorean....ha.

Today, I found that it's an automatic aromatic dispenser. Cool. But that's all I can tell you. I don't know if it works. I've now only seen one other one, so it's rare. Apparently, the Air Freshener canisters are available online. There are tons of them.

Take a chance on It, maybe you won't be disappointed, who knows? And if all else fails, turn It into a Flux-Capacitor Conversation Starter, Doc!!!
