94 Yamaha FZR600 Carburetor Carb Mikuni 3UU04T442 may be 3HH04 is Stamped on Carb Carbs FZR600R The  Piston Diaphragms slide up and down and you can hear the air suction sound when they slide and the rail slide bar does slide but the 4 round gold color butterfly flaps do not open and are stuck. The floats are clean and the Diaphragms are pliable. Carb will need a rebuild.  Comes in needs rebuild condition as seen in the pictures.
